Kaartik Denny is my name as a master of yoga, dancer and certified art therapist, since 20 years developing my own creative method of conscious movement.
indiemotion is a synergetic combination of yoga, indigenous dances and modern somatic practices in an
integrative process focusing on their common codes.
This synergy fuels the motivation to create communities
events, holistic retreats, workshops and regular classes.
